How does it all begin?

We provide a free inspection at a time convenient for you, during which we specify:

• Type of flooring;
• The degree of pollution;
• The square footage;
• How often would you like the cleaning to be done? We will recommend different options to you, one-time or subscription, tailored to your parking space and wishes, which will give you different discounts.

According to the type of flooring, we agree on how we will clean it.

DRY OR DRY + DARK

Polished concrete - polished concrete allows for both dry and wet cleaning using a floor scrubber and an industrial vacuum cleaner. The advantage of the floor scrubber is that the dirty water is stored in its tank and poured directly into the drain. This is the most efficient cleaning method. The service is performed in the following steps and sequence:

• Manual collection and sweeping of large waste;
• Vacuuming with an industrial dual-motor vacuum cleaner;
• Wet cleaning using a floor cleaning machine;
• Removal of collected bags of dust.

Unpolished concrete – The difference here is that we skip the wet cleaning using the floor cleaning machine, but we have tried to minimize the difference in the final result using the highest class of not only professional vacuum cleaners, but an industrial series, with very high suction power and efficiency. The service is performed in the following steps and sequence:
 

• Manual collection and sweeping of large waste;
• Vacuuming with an industrial dual-motor vacuum cleaner;
• Removal of collected bags of dust.

Additional services

• Cleaning of private garage doors - external only or double-sided - When it is only external, the Client does not need to be involved in providing access. We clean using vacuum cleaners, then manually with microfiber cloths to access the embossed part of the doors with a degreaser;
• Cleaning of private garages: of course they can be included in the price of cleaning the common areas, but in most cases the Client wishes to clean the common areas with the option of cleaning the private garages at the request of each owner for an additional fee. Again, based on the type of flooring, we assess whether we can clean them only dry or dry and wet;
• Vacuuming cobwebs: Vacuuming because this is the most effective way to get the best quality. The inspection determines the quantity and sets the price accordingly. Attention is also paid to the height;
• Front door/s: for additional convenience, we also offer cleaning of the front door with a vacuum cleaner, manually with microfiber cloths and degreaser;
