Maintenance ranges from routine light bulb replacement to emergency problems with leaks or clogged plumbing. Maintenance of installations and facilities in the Common Areas of the Condominium includes:

• Regular visit and scheduled maintenance;
• Notifying the investor /builder of warranty damages in the common areas;
• General technical maintenance of the building and inspection of all technical facilities in the complex are carried out ;
• Controls the normal functioning of electrical networks and installations /light bulbs, switches, fuses, etc. minor repairs in the COMMON PARTS/;
• Organization of urgent emergency activities by specialized companies;
• Controls and coordinates the implementation of repair activities by external companies;
• Technical support manager   available  from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays , and if necessary outside of working hours;
• Receiving emergency signals 24 hours a day;
• Elevators;
• Water and sewerage;
• Access control equipment and devices ;
• Barrier , automatic doors;
• Readers and the like;
• Maintenance of ventilation system in common areas /incl. underground parking/;
• Maintenance of fire alarm systems ;
• Restoration of erased markings (including underground parking lots).

We have a routine maintenance checklist that we perform monthly, seasonally, or annually.
